Customizing messages is complicated by now. (editing source files) Should adding a lang file to customize the messages. (dev: Use messages.json if available else use default)

Adding support for sending a msg to all currently connected users. (Dev: conncted -> inside jobs list)

## Command changes: - `/set lang en` - `/toggle show_text` - `/toggle show_map` This way we could easily add new configuration parameters and wouldn't need a new command every time....

Let user send a message with /comment to the admin directly through the bot. (dev: not the most important feature)
