Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'd like to share a script that use NoiseModelling wih GeoClimate outputs. I'm not able to find any noisemodelling artefact on maven central.

I will be happy for example to grab the noisemodelling libraries in a groovy script.

There is no automated deployment for the moment

Could use https://docs.github.com/en/packages/working-with-a-github-packages-registry/working-with-the-gradle-registry but would take time to incorporate it with noisemodelling ci
