Align noise points style with noise areas style

Update the noise points style to use the same colors than noise areas

Noise points style is broken.

As noise levels in hexagon (weekly average LA50) does not fit with raw noise levels in measurement points we decide to only show the precise locations of measurements without the raw sound level.

So the noise points don't bring anything to the map and for the user ? but why display the raw noise levels measurement on the android map ? By the way don't forget that the noisecapture:raw_points is the official WMS layer sends to the virtual hub so it will be nice to keep the previous style as default one.

Do not duplicate just set the style on the fly with leaflet

But I am using TMS. It seems TMS does not define style.

In mind, the black point does not make sense because it just represent the GPS tracks.

Here we want to display raw values, even if we (and the public too) know that this information is not so accurate.

So IMO we should go back and display the layer with noise measures
