settings button on hover is 'undefined'

we're going through an accessibility audit of our repository, we are using unviersalviewer 3.0.25

we are trying to meet this criteria, https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Techniques/general/G96.html where all items such as icons or visual button also have a label, tooltip. we noticed that the settings button on hover says 'undefined' (the screenshot doesnt let me show the hover)

nice to have: change 'undefined' to 'Settings' in en-gb setting
