Test one component up / down the stack

Unit tests in the component. Integration tests in the UV. Any relevant tests in manifold.

This will serve as a full set of examples for continuing work on test suite.

Translation behavior in the metadata component may be a good one to start with.

Unit test: if instantiated with this locale, I should get this value. Integration test: If I switch languages find the first div; has it got this value?

This test can be a vertical slice that includes language map processing in Manifesto (with tests) all the way up to screen grabs taken with Puppeteer.
