Consider moving getTree and all non-model operations out of Manifesto

...and into Manifold Manifesto's job is then only to load IIIF, and tidy up dubious IIIF provided by publishers. Additional utilities, decorated functions etc live in Manifold (or other libraries on top of Manifesto)
