Hello, We would like to draw attention to our branch that can be useful to the project. This OCR module renders a new right panel where you can find the text extracted from the viewed image, retrieved from a web-annotation service. For further informations see the README.md file committed and the Live Demo.

Wow, this is super impressive. There are no more UV community calls scheduled this year, but in the new year we will certainly discuss this. Would be great if you wanted to take part in the discussion.
