'Clear label' removes all samples

When clicking on Setup/Advanced on "Clear All Labels" I expected the program to erase the annotations only. Though, all samples were removed from the udt.json file. Is this the desired behavior (and hence the name is confusing)?

Platform: Ubuntu 20.10 version used: v0.14.16

This issue is in fact two :

  • Rename button Clear All Labels for Clear All Samples
  • Add Button for clear All Annotation

Require a new function in dataset-managers to erase the annotations.
