Annotations comments don't work the same in all browsers.

Adding comments is not the same in all browsers. Firefox & Chromes, all letters a-z and A-Z can be entered. Numbers that are a classification key cannot be entered. If you want a comment such as "fix by 1st Jan" this is not possible, if there is a classification key of 1.

MS Edge allows all A-Z but does not allow a s d w. a moves the image to the right, d to the left. w up and s down. As with Firefox & Chrome numbers that that match a key in the classification list can't be used.

The annotation comment should not be dependent on any other data, it should be a free format comment.
