Polygon interface

When I insert a polygon detection, is not really clear how confirm the tagging. If I press enter, the polygon is confirmed? It works the first time, but if I create another one with previous tagged, enter doesn't work (I don't exit from polygon cretion mode). What is the correct strategy? There is a more intuitive approach?
