Issue installing the package on NODE v10.16.3

@semantic-release/[email protected]: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version ">=10.18". Got "10.16.3"

Doing yarn add react-image-annotate

FYI: I need to stick to node version 10.16 as my app doesn't support the newer version then this.

@anyone Please thumbs up if this is effecting you. The jury is still out as far as if we should actively support anything but the LTS and stable node releases (small core team still and no sponsors asking us to) We will accept a PR to fix however!
