Mesh based primitive control

Issue created by @SimonDarksideJ as Bitbucket Issue #​49 on 2015.12.17 10:27. In 5.2.2+ and 5.3+, UI controls under the hood are just meshes. Would be good to have a UI control that takes a mesh for rendering, saving having to mess between 2D/3D rendering for 3D content in menus.

Might have a quick stab at the first part myself, but it needs some shader love to take further.
