UI Knob turns poorly when canvas render mode is Screen Space - Camera

Issue created by Maenad Games as Bitbucket Issue #​396 on 2022.01.18 04:25. When a UI Knob is the child of a Screen Space Camera canvas, it turns extremely slowly when dragged by mouse. I grab the top left of the default knob sprite (the white square) and drag it to the top right, and it rotates less than 0.2 degrees.
