Radial and Diamond type in Gradient2 does not add gradient stops

When using Gradient2 (Radial/Diamond type), even with “Modify Vertices = on”, it does not add vertices for gradient stops

Showing the Horizontal (and Vertical) type will add gradient stops.

Showing the Radial type will NOT add gradient stops.

Showing the Diamond type will NOT add gradient stops.
