Problem with UI ScrollRect Occlusion

^{Issue created by H3RURG as Bitbucket Issue #​311 on 2020.02.05 18:35.} I have dynamic content in ScrollView (i can remove or add element), but occlusion is turning off Layout Groups, so when i adding element, its spawns out of screen. I tried to turn on Layout groups while iam adding element, and turn it off after that, but occlusion becomes broken. Need your help))
