[Feature Request] Supporting FusedConv in Barracuda supported operations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would like to have fusedConv supported as a Barracuda Operator

Describe alternatives you've considered Finding alternative onnx models that were not generated using the onnx operator.

Additional context I'm trying to use an open-source .onnx model for face-tracking to blendshapes, from OpenSeeFace. However, after importing it, Barracuda throws the FusedConv not supported error.
