Hi I have been trying to figure out how to install this package, but the documentation just links to the general package manager documentation for unity, not documentation on how to install this(as there is no playable visualizer package showing up). I don't know what should be linked there instead.

Just download the zip and extract it to the Packages folder of your project.

This package seems to have been abandoned and contain bugs. If you are using Unity 2019.4.0 or above, feel free to try this new package: PlayableGraph Monitor

In the package manager, click on the + icon and select Install package by name

Then type com.unity.playablegraph-visualizer
