Additional settings under perception settings section

Peer Review Information:

This PR is intended to add different features in the Perception settings section, in fact the goal was to make customizable the behaviour of the Perception plugin:

• use of sensor id as the name of the output folders
• have the ability to choose the output extension of the images produced
• use different graphicsformat to allow for example to export grayscale images
