EIP showing no calls & time is 0 ms for recorded events.

I cannot post a screenshot or exported data due to security. However, I have noticed that I will frequently get a result of 0.000 ms when using the EIP for the ExitPlayMode event. Secondly, after clearing the EIP with the Clear button, and entering playmode, and exiting playmode again, I get 0.000 ms for both EnterPlayMode and ExitPlayMode events. There seem to be no calls further to explore other than "EnterPlayMode" and "ExitPlayMode" when this happens. I am using Unity 2020.3.35f1, on Windows 10, and the only extra setting I have enabled is Deep Profile. I have tested this in a game scene with objects, and also with a completely empty scene.

I tested it again, just after opening Unity and didn't touch anything else. Both events are empty and display 0.000 ms. So at this point I am not sure what criteria affects whether data is properly recorded or not.

This repo seems to be very much abandoned, so I wouldn't get my hopes up.
