feat: Add SetCodec method

Added SetCodec method in four classes below.

  • VideoStreamSender.SetCodec(VideoCodecInfo codec)
  • VideoStreamReceiver.SetCodec(VideoCodecInfo codec)
  • AudioStreamSender.SetCodec(AudioCodecInfo codec)
  • AudioStreamReceiver.SetCodec(AudioCodecInfo codec)
