[BUG]: Publish android will crash on Pico Neo 3

Environment
* OS:win10
* Unity version:unity2020.3.20
* Graphics API:Vulkan
* Browser:Chrome103
Steps To Reproduce
when i use android,choose vulkan, set two cameras to render streaming, then publish to android;
my logcat will catch some errors:

@SufyanQureshi This issue is caused by Vulkan. How about GLES3?
