question: streaming example for HLOD test scenes

Would it be possible to add an streaming in/out example to the /LODsStatic or /OcclusionCulling HybridHDRPSamples.

A minimal one like the MegaCity one would be very helpful. One subscene is permanently loaded. The other streamed in/out according to camera position.
