Idea how so solve this?
Hello, i have a issues with the rule setup.
i have a down tile and a upper part, but it should rotate if down tile is right, then upper part should be left and it should rotated.

Based on the rules that you have shown in the picture, the first rule will always be applied over the second rule as the second rule is a subset of the first rule. Ideally, you would swap the order of the first and second rule, so that the second rule can be checked before the first rule.
If you have pictures of the result that you want, could you share it? It would be easier to visualise the rules you could use in your RuleTile.
The second rule would then have to be the top of the fire and the first would be the vessel. But it should always be in this order in all directions, so if the vessel is on the right, the tip should be on the left, and if the vessel is on the left, the tip should be on the right.
