How to run pm2 over https ??

What's going wrong?

hello im using pm2 to deploy nuxt app on nginx , the problem is that on csr mode app is working very well but on ssr mode it doesnt fetch the data because of Blocked loading mixed active content it tries to fetch from localhost over https api , so i need to make pm2 run over https for the app to be able to work on both mode (csr and ssr)
