Feature request: add interactive prompt

When running a pm2 command, it always takes a time to spin up node, load all of pm2, and then parse and execute my command.

Instead, I'd love to see an interactive mode (e.g. pm2 shell) that opens a prompt which allows me to enter commands, such as start foo.json or restart foo or list, directly. That way I don't have to wait 3-5 seconds for each pm2 list, and I can quickly manage my stack of running apps while developing.

PS: Bonus for auto completion abilities :)
