Account Switch does not persist in the app for WalletConnectV2,the app displays the address of the previously connected account instead of Current One.

When a we switches(manually from mobile wallet) to a new account using the Account Switch feature, the app updates the UI to display the new account's details, such as the account address and balance. This update happens immediately and is visible to us. However, when we reload or refresh the page, the app does not retain the state of the Account Switch feature. Instead of displaying the currently connected account, the app displays the address of the previously connected account. I tested on the example website, uni swap official website

This Issue is Getting only when We are connected to the walleteConnect with Metamask(Mobile app) & same issue is also occurring on the https://cloud.walletconnect.com/sign-in page as well.
