RPC Error - switching from Ethereum chain to Polygon chain

When switching from Ethereum chain to Polygon chain, the following error occurs.

MetaMask - RPC Error: networkConfigurationId undefined does not match a configured networkConfiguration code: -32603 message: "networkConfigurationId undefined does not match a configured networkConfiguration"

The same issue is currently occurring on Uniswap as well.

@wonkyukim-nway are you seeing this issue just with Metamask, or other wallets too? it may be related to this issue: https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-extension/issues/18453
