chore: update v6 connectors

the aave interface still relies on web3-react@v6 and there's some new stuff in coinbase and torus that would be neat. Coinbase added a window flag to detect if it's used inside the native dappbrower or not. Torus updated quite a lot of dependencies resulting in 1 version of bn.js less being included (there's still a dependency on bn.js v4, which is sad though).

While we understand there are still some projects on V6, we don't have bandwidth to support that version anymore, as Uniswap is running on V8. We recommend upgrading. Whoever needs any additional features, forking is optional, but would consider whether upgrading and dealing with breaking changes isn't lower effort anyways.
