feat: support nft position manager

while with simulations v3-polars is agnostic to who provides the liquidity, some users may want to know for many purposes (research, bd, market improvements).

we provide an allium data manager to pull all increase/decrease liquidity events from the nft position manager related to a given pool. this allows researchers to pull the curtain back one more and see who is actually providing the liquidity.
