Where can I find the most up-to-date version and docs on the cross-chain bridge contracts from Ethereum to Polygon?

This feature is mentioned in the README.md diagram and text ("Uniswap Governance on the Ethereum Mainnet governs an established message bridge with the deployment on the new host chain"). Furthermore, there's a "coming soon" section on it (https://github.com/Uniswap/v3-new-chain-deployments#bridge-uniswap-governance)

Is this contract the most up-to-date implementation?
