Add fuzzy search

Add fuzzy search on local pools. ex string formats that should return results:

  • "USDC ETH"
  • "eth usdc 0.05%"
  • "usdt/usdc"

hayden says this is a top priority! We don't have anyone at Labs available to work on it though. If you're an interested community member, please go for it!

I submitted a PR last december. https://github.com/Uniswap/v3-info/pull/188 Are there improvements I should make ? or is this acceptable ?
