Watchlist on L2

Bug Description On L2, the watchlist shows a bunch of broken tokens that were originally watchlist-ed on L1.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Watchlist UNI on L1
  2. Switch to L2
  3. Visit https://info.uniswap.org/#/optimism/tokens

Expected Behavior If there is an easy way to filter tokens to their L2 bridged counterpart (and if none exists, then hide it) - let's do that.

Otherwise let's hide the watchlist entirely on L2.
