Liquidity Distribution chart performance

Bug Description Zooming out on the liquidity distribution chart is a subpar experience, especially when zooming out very far

• Take 5-10 seconds to load after each zoom, making multiple zooms painful
• while it's loading, the chart is unresponsive
  • I can't hover over a data point
  • I can't zoom out again
• loading spinner does not appear most of the time
• when the spinner does appear, it's in the top left corner

I know there's not much we can do about The Graph, but can we apply a few UX fixes?

• Center the spinner vertically and horizontally
• Always show the spinner while fetching data
• Since the load time is long, can we support jumping to a specific min/max range?
