Consider unifying UniswapX parser and Relayer parser

Now that the parser finds reactor address dynamically, it should work for any order types where:

• the first field is a dynamic struct which has:
• its first field being the reactor address

which should be satisfied for both X and relayer orders (and cross chain orders in the future!)
