Fail to verify when multiple Twitter accounts connected

Bug Description When a user is signed in with multiple Twitter accounts, verification as a delegate sometimes fails. Shreyas from llama DAO reported this on July 16. He confirmed he was signed in with both a personal account and a dao twitter account.
