[Bug] Pool Info Not Available BLOCKS Creating New Liquidity Positions

🔁 Steps to Reproduce
- When clicking the direct link to these pools, the 2nd token (DCA) and dynamic fee are not set in the interface. This is the same issue I raised in #7918. This link for example:

- Once you do get the token 2 and dynamic fee set, we get the error "Pool Info Not Available" which prevents you from creating new liquidity positions.
✅ Expected Behavior
There should be NO error for "Pool Info Not Available" and I should be allow to add liquidity.
❌ Actual Behavior
- "Pool Info Not Available" error
- Note: Adding liquidity to an existing positions works. Creating a NEW positions does not.

- #7918 is becoming a problem for my users. They can not add liquidity to my pools. So onboarding new users is BLOCKED.
- It's not a hook contract issue because I'm able to add liquidity fine to my existing positions. This is an issue creating a NEW positions.

@plondon, is this possibly related to the "isSpam" flag that was placed on the DCA token? I saw this line was updated last week: https://github.com/Uniswap/interface/blame/0b9f7711b214d4bab3c61d2c05644b947ef140a6/apps/web/src/appGraphql/data/nft/NftBalance.ts#L70
I'm trying to figure this out because I came to the Unichain Build Week to try to get some LPs. Unfortunately, the Uniswap frontend no longer works for adding liquidity to the Pools that have the hook.
@plondon, I think this is related to the feeTier, took a look at receive commits saw some changes to how dynamic fees work.
Links using feeTier=8388608 no longer works.
If I use feeTier=1000 then it will work, and it sets the fee correctly to dynamic fee (not 1% like the URL param says). I also think it only comes up as dynamic fee tier since that has the most TVL. So this is useful bc now I can fix my links. (which relates to #7918.
For this issue, it's not enough to have fixed the URL to link people to the pre-populated add liquidity form. Even though I get them there, we still get "Error: Pool Info not available" even once we fill in the form correctly.
@plondon Looking forward to it! The links still are not working so I can't have the LPs add liquidity right now. I send them a video to fill in the v4 form manually with hooks and dynamic fees, but its such a barrier for LPs.
Fixing these links (which previously worked) would be a huge help.
@plondon, I wanted to check in on this issue since its still a problem for all the links on this page: https://superdca.org/add-liquidity.
For over a month, I have not been able to share these links since they don't work. Prior to mid-June, this worked absolutely fine.
These links being broken is making it nearly impossible for me to onboard LPs, since I have to distribute a video for how to fill out the Add Liquidity form on the Uniswap App. If the links worked, it would let me onboard more liquidity into v4 on Unichain, Base, and Optimism.
