Liquidity chart not loading or displaying incomplete data in v4 pools

When accessing the liquidity chart in v4 pools, one of two things happen:

a. The chart remains in a constant loading state and doesn't display anything (happens in most pools). Examples:

b. The chart displays tick marks, but no liquidity is shown per tick. Example:

Expected Behavior: Same as v3 pools — liquidity per tick should be visible and charts should load without issues. Reference:
