Issue with USD Price Not Displaying Correctly in SwapDetail's SwapLineItemType.EXCHANGE_RATE

When clicking on the "Rate" section, the USD value does not update correctly. This issue seems to have occurred due to the deprecation of the useUSDPrice function.
