Fix typos in README files

This PR addresses typographical errors in two README files:

  • In packages/README.md, a hyphen is added to "cross-functional."
  • In packages/utilities/src/telemetry/README.md, the phrase "a an" is corrected to "an" in the context of app session analytics.

These changes ensure proper grammar and consistency across the documentation.
