Incorrect Year Unit Displayed in Interface

I've discovered a bug, as shown in the above screenshot. The year is 2024, but 2023 now.

How can I replicate this issue? Btw, can I switch from dark theme to light theme? If so, where?

The volume chart is showed by Month. I think dark theme is not a problem.
