What uniswap source package is related to REACT_APP_AWS_API_ENDPOINT ?

In .env and .env.production file : REACT_APP_AWS_API_ENDPOINT="https://beta.gateway.uniswap.org/v1/graphql"

I can't find the source package for deploying that API service.
