Add Arbitrum Sepolia Network

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I need to add the Arbitrum Sepolia Testnet network as soon as support for the Arbitrum Goerli network ends. Many people might need this.

Describe the solution you'd like Contracts are deployed to the Arbitrum Sepolia network and added to the interface.

Definitely need this as there is no explorer for Arbitrum Goerli.
