Manage Token List missing from new UI

Bug Description For token list we had the ability to add and remove token lists in last version, Looks like they are still loading in background but no way to access

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to app,uniswap.org
  2. Click on empty token box ...

Expected Behavior To have link for managing token lists
