style: filters update

  1. update "-" in prance range
  2. Updated filter styling on left to match figma: https://www.figma.com/file/bCN7G6oArm7pPts03jvJ5x/Unification?node-id=12847%3A115704
  3. Figma is out of date, current styling was confirmed with team
  4. Added price range logic and price range slider. It should set scale on initiation based on floor price and 10x floor price. Manually changing should move slider. Slideing should update ranges
  5. Changed hover states on left to be rounded
  6. Lines should appear above and below when open
