bug: Migrate import link goes to swap page

Bug Description The link on the v2 migrate page for import goes to the swap page

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to a pool in V2
  2. Click on migrate
  3. if pool does or doesn't show import button will lead to swap page "https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?origin=/migrate/v2" ...

Expected Behavior open option for manual addition of tokens
