Adjust price range UX mocks

LPs will want to modify the price range of an existing position when the market price draws near to the upper or lower bound of the range. Today, the /pool/ page does not offer an option to modify price range

Spec: let's add an affordance to modify the lower and/or upper bound of the price range in a single transaction. This will be an on-chain transaction that requires a wallet to be connected.
