Update PAIR_BLACKLIST as well with rebass token pairs

This PR also updates the PAIR_BLACKLIST with the rebass token pairs:

The addition of rebass pairs to the blacklist should give a cleaner way to calculate legit volume data on the site. This seems crucial since the volume data seems to be calculated with subgraph's PairDayDatas query.
