Add reflection tokens to Token integration issues

The Token integration page doesn't mention Reflection tokens. These tokens will allow setup and some trading until reflection changes contract balances away from true current balance. This locks the pool all trades will cease, and Liquidity most likely would need to be removed by special tool.
