FR: IP device info should display list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If I go to the IP device info section, I can search for devices or IP addresses. But I do not see and devices that exist already.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be easier if the site would display of a list of the top 10 devices in the beginning. Then I could select the device just by one click instead of searching for an IP address.

For legacy reasons (handwaving), you'll find the complete list of devices in the Report tool - the first report in the list being the "All IP Devices" report.

I do, however, sympathize with wanting to see a device list in a more natural place.

How do you propose NAV should rank the "top 10 devices" out of the hundreds or thousands that might be in the database?
