Is it possible to have a URL which wiil show a selected View in Full Screen directly so I can show it on a Dashboard monitor without manually having to select Full View?

No news, unfortunately. There is no such URL at the moment - but I suppose it could be implemented in JS using a URL anchor of some sort (currently, the full-screen button has an explicit event listener that calls for full screen once pressed). I'll tag @podliashanyk for a potential comment on how this could be best implemented.
